Mitch is Mint’s Leading Hand and a fully qualified Tradesman with over 12-years of industry experience.

As the Leading Hand, Mitch focuses on ensuring service excellence across the team, with a client-centric approach. He guides our clients from start to finish and provides executive oversight across all jobs. You will find Mitch on the road, meeting clients, and tackling some of our most complex work.

Mitch also plays a key role as a mentor to our Apprentices, drawing from his extensive knowledge working in both Australia and New Zealand. At Mint, giving back to the industry is a core element of our business and something we are proud of.
